The blender is mainly used to mix liquid (clean water, base fluid, etc.), proppant (quartz sand or ceramsite), and additives (solid or liquid) in a certain proportion evenly during sand fracturing operations, which can be used for pressure during construction. The fracturing truck pumps fracturing fluids with different sand content ratios and different viscosities at a certain pressure.

Our hydraulic system is a closed loop type. It is preferred for fast response, low-loss of power and simple maintenance.
